Russia (bbabo.net), - In Karachay-Cherkessia, the winter ski resort Dombay and Teberda were left without centralized heating. The failure in heating systems is connected with an accident at the republican communal enterprise "Teploenergo".
"Work is underway to eliminate the problem. We expect that by the evening of today the heat supply will be resumed. We ask you to show understanding," the statement of the Karachaevsk city administration says.
The situation is complicated by snowfall and frost down to -8 degrees.
Recall that the ski season in the Dombay village opened on December 7. For tourists, four cable cars with a total length of about 12 kilometers are open, as well as nine ski slopes of varying difficulty. On the territory of the village there are 97 hotel complexes designed for 7,500 tourists.
