Most Russians plan to change jobs in 2022, follows from the results of a survey of the Rabota.ru service published by TASS.

According to a study conducted in December 2021 and in which more than 5,000 Russians took part, 71% of respondents admitted that they wanted to change jobs.

37% of respondents want to get new career opportunities, 33% are looking for training opportunities, and 32% are looking for interesting tasks. Other respondents (27%) noted that it is important for them that work is close to home, and for 24% flexible working hours is important.

In addition, 22% of Russians said that they want to work remotely in their new job, and 12% are looking for work without adhering to the dress code.

However, most of the respondents - 76% - would like a higher salary in a new place of work, 58% of survey participants said they want to work with an adequate team and leadership, and 48% hope to maintain a balance between work and rest.

Earlier it was reported that the Russians are ready to change jobs in the event of a long lockdown.
