In 2020-2021, Russians who did not completely give up travel due to the pandemic flew mainly on vacation (38%) and business trips (33%). 19% had to travel due to urgent personal matters, and 18% had to visit relatives.

This year, 57% of Volgograd and Samara residents, 56% of Rostov residents, 54% of Novosibirsk and Nizhny Novgorod residents, 53% of Muscovites and 52% of St. Petersburg residents are going on vacation this year.
