Singer Cher told fans on Twitter about her training regime, which helps to keep the body in good shape.

According to the 75-year-old performer, she regularly plays sports. “Just came back from a workout: ABS, Zumba, yoga, and also did static exercises against the wall,” writes Cher on the social network.
