Craob X laptop concept removes external ports and suggests using wireless charging

Craob introduced the concept of a thin Craob X laptop without external ports and connectors. Its estimated thickness is 7 mm and its weight is less than 900 grams. It is proposed to use wireless technologies to charge the battery and connect peripherals.

The laptop has a 13.3-inch 4K screen. Inside the screen is a miniature webcam.

The laptop's external power supply has a USB hub with USB Type-C / A, Thunderbolt connectors on board. There is also an SD card slot and a 3.5mm audio jack. This module is attached with magnets in a special place on the back cover of Craob X.

It is noteworthy that the power supply itself has a built-in battery to provide power to the ports and data transfer when the power supply itself is disconnected from the power outlet.

According to My Laptop Guide, the Craob X model is supposed to be equipped with 12th generation Intel processors up to Core i7-1280P with Iris Xe graphics. You can also install up to 32GB LPDDR5 RAM and up to 2TB PCIe 4.0 NVMe SSD. The laptop will use a new generation of Intel wireless communication module with Wi-Fi 6E support as a data transmission system.

The manufacturer explained that this is still only a concept. Craob did not announce the date of the presentation of the finished working device and its approximate cost. Also, Craob did not reveal the battery life of the laptop and how long the internal battery can last without charging in the power supply for the USB hub.
