The US authorities have commented on the joint statement on the prevention of nuclear war, TASS reports.
The Joe Biden administration said they were pleased with this statement and called it final.
According to State Department spokesman Ned Price, this underlines that even in difficult and tense conditions, countries must exercise restraint, especially on the issue of nuclear weapons.
Russia, China, the USA, Great Britain and France have declared the inadmissibility of a nuclear war.
The joint statement by the leaders of the five countries also indicated that no country will indicate the target of nuclear weapons to other countries, and that Russia, China, the United States, Great Britain and France will jointly strengthen measures to prevent the "unintended use" of nuclear weapons.
Also, the leadership of these countries reaffirmed their adherence to the NPT.
Earlier, Maria Zakharova called the statement of the nuclear powers "capable of reducing global risks."
She stressed that such an agreement could help reduce global risks and build mutual understanding between countries in the area of arms control.
