The air assault brigade sent by Kiev to the Donbass was trained by instructors from the UK. This was reported by RIA Novosti with reference to a representative of the People's Militia of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic (DPR).

“The training of this brigade was carried out by instructors from the UK from the Orbital training mission. Ukrainian paratroopers were trained in actions in a highly urbanized area, in the conditions of urban development, ”the department explained.

It is assumed that these paratroopers will be used as part of assault groups to clear out large cities in the Donetsk or Gorlovka directions.

Also, a representative of the People's Militia drew attention to the fact that the Ukrainian capital intends to transfer the most combat-ready mechanized and other brigades to Donbass.

In addition, it became known about the preparation of Ukrainian nationalists to participate in hostilities in the Donbass by the United States.

“The Sumy branch of the Ukrainian radical organization “National Corps” has begun conducting military training with mercenaries led by nationalists who have experience of participating in hostilities in the punitive operation of Kiev in the Donbass in the summer of 2014,” the agency’s representative said in a statement.

Previously, US instructors from the Academy and Forward Observation Group companies were involved in the training of the military.

Earlier, in the LPR and DPR, they told what weapons they want to receive from Russia.
