Russia (bbabo.net), - The anniversary final of the Russian-Belarusian beauty and creativity contest will gather the flower of the students of the Union State in Stavropol next Wednesday, January 19, Varvara Serova, one of the leaders of the Belarusian youth movement, told BelTA, specifying that it will last until January 25 .

The composition of the participants in the competition "Queen of students - 2021", she explained, included twelve winners of the national stages of the competition. Belarus will be represented this year by four participants: students from Vitebsk Valeria Fomchenko and Victoria Vorobyova, from Grodno Karina Sorgovitskaya and a student of Minsk University MITSO Arina Kulik.

The program of the festive event is extremely rich. Thematic actions, press conferences and photo sessions will be held during the week. And on the day of the liberation of the city of Stavropol from the Nazi invaders, the contestants will visit the memorial "Fire of Eternal Glory". They will meet women veterans of the Great Patriotic War and successful mothers of many children. In addition, the secretary of the Central Committee of the Belarusian Republican Youth Union said, "an event will be held with the removal of large canvases of the Belarusian and Russian flags."

At the final stage of the contest, scheduled for January 24, "finalists will compete in oratorical, intellectual, creative contests, defile in wedding dresses, national costumes and evening dresses," Varvara Serova added.

The organizers of the competition, which is being held this year with the support of the government of the Stavropol Territory, are the Belarusian Republican Youth Union and the Russian Youth Union, the agency specifies.
