“We planned to complete work on equity holders by the end of 2023. So far, we are keeping within the plans,” said Andrei Vorobyov, Governor of the Moscow Region, at a weekly meeting with the Cabinet of Ministers and heads of municipalities. In the Moscow region, he recalled, there were 111.5 thousand participants in shared construction, who paid in full, but did not receive housing. 85.8 thousand of them have already celebrated their housewarming. The remaining 25.7 thousand can also prepare to pack their bags. "Almost 15,000 keys will be issued this year, and there will be less than 11,000 next year," Vorobyov specified.
As the minister of housing policy of the region, Inna Fedotova, said, not all houses can be completed. Where construction had not even begun, it turned out to be easier to pay people monetary compensation. The procedure for calculating the payment is established by the federal government and, as a rule, does not raise questions from equity holders. Yes, and similar cases - about 20 percent of the total number of equity holders. Most, of course, get their apartments.
"And now we must think about how to provide the completed microdistricts with the necessary infrastructure - roads, clinics, kindergartens and everything else that ensures the quality of life," Andrey Vorobyov emphasized. Therefore, even when all the keys are distributed, the work on solving the problems of deceived equity holders in the region will not end.
And this year Kotelniki will be joined by Zaraysk, Mytishchi, Lobnya, Pushchino, Serpukhov, Lotoshino, Chekhov, Pushkino and Lytkarino. In these cities, there will also be no unfinished houses, the apartments in which were paid by equity holders.
