Russia (bbabo.net), - The concert "Tales of the Vienna Woods" will take place on January 26 at the Belarusian State Academic Musical Theatre. The light and gentle waltzes of Johann Strauss-son became the basis of the concert project. They have compiled an amazingly beautiful rich musical program, which will be performed by the symphony orchestra and the leading artists of the theater under the direction of Marina Tretyakova.
Marina Tretyakova participated in the creation and hosted the musical programs "And love lives in war", "Oh, if I could express in sound ..."; musical fairy tales "The Nutcracker" to the music of Pyotr Tchaikovsky and "The Steadfast Tin Soldier". The conductor acted as musical director of the programs "The Little Humpbacked Horse" based on the work of the same name by the classic of Russian literature Pyotr Ershov to music from Rodion Shchedrin's ballet, "Masterpieces of Opera Classics", "From Operetta to Musical".
Marina Tretyakova acted as musical director and conductor of the recording of musical material for the short feature films directed by Daria Yurkevich "When your son is a director" and "Under the Blanket". Minsker Daria Yurkevich graduated from the Minsk Academy of Arts and the French film school-studio Le Fresnoy, shot many documentaries for Belarusian television. Her films "Baba, Vanya and the Goat", dedicated to the Belarusian village, and "Easter of Christ" were awarded diplomas of the Minsk International Film Festival "Listapad".
